Covid testing near MCO

We are doing back to back cruises.  The first does not require testing, the second does.  We are spending two nights in between near the Orlando airport. We are looking for testing that accepts insurance. There are 9 of us so $65 per person at the airport will add up fast. Any suggestions?

Online proctored testing an option ?

From everything I'm reading, MSC requires in person testing.
