Changing Excursion

Booked an excursion on my Celebrity cruise and have since read some not so favorable reviews.  Searched, but couldn't find anything about changing to a different excursion - do I have to call Celebrity?  Couldn't tell from the website how to change to another, since my credit card has already been charged.

You need to cancel the one you don’t won’t and book the new one.

In the cruise planner go to Order History ( click on your initials in the upper right corner) then select the the excursion and you should see a option to cancel.
The refund is processed quickly.
