Medallion App-Arrival Status Question

On my Medallion app for my upcoming cruise it says- Your Arrival Status: Green Lane.

What does that mean? Are there other color categories?

Green lane means that you have all of your "paper work" completed for now. This is where you want to be. Blue is a color that means you have not completed your pre-cruise information.

for anyone is stuck in blue, don't panic if you can't get to green, you will just have to talk to someone to help fix it...they will do that at the port without problems...just one more line & a little slower to board but you will still get there

 

back when you still had to answer about being in another country in the past 14 days, we got an email with a too good to pass up deal when we got home from our Hawai'i cruise & so did another in like a week...the previous cruise of course had a stop in Mexico so we had to say yes & were blue, just had to wait for the ship's medical to clear us (asked where we had been & looked at our test results which were still required then) it was only slow because the Coast Guard did a surprise inspection that day & everything was slow.
