Port/Pier in San Juan

I have heard about the duty-free shop that is at the port in San Juan. Can anyone give me an idea of what is there? Also, can you go through it after security? I wouldn't want to purchase things and then have to wait for a long time to get on board. If someone could explain that, I'd appreciate it. We're basically looking for diet pepsi (caffeine free) to take on board.

When we stopped there on the Trimph last June, we purchased Coke and Diet Coke and carried it onboard with no problems.
