Do you know the name of the excursion  vendor?  Mahay's Jet Boat Adventures offers a Devil's Canyon tour.

We are also running into the same issue, have our land portion in late May and there were tours listed, but they were all showing sold out. Went in a couple days ago and now the are gone all together. My best guess is it's still too early for the land tours, maybe they are readjusting after last season still.
