Any tips for Panorama

We have the Panorama booked for October 2023.  This will be our first time cruising from the west coast, I feel like a newb all over again trying to plan flights, hotels etc but I'm sure I'll manage!!  Thanks for the tips.

It was every day in the buffet, some times not the best flavor choices but it was free.
