MSC Fun Pass

When I booked the fun pass it clearly was advertised as UNLIMITED. We booked a 12 night so the $80 unlimited pass I thought would be great way to do something other than drinking and eating.

My cruise sails in a few weeks. Now I see the "unlimited" advertism has been changed $140 value for $80. No longer unlimited. I called MSC to see about the change. Asked about a refund since it is no longer unlimited. MSC response was NO REFUNDS. And NO UNLIMITED. 

This puts a sour taste on the deal. Guess MSC has my money so they do not have to honor what they sold me. It is not like a port change change due to hurricane or something. This is an onboard activity tat will still happen. Just not the value they advertised. NO LONGER UNLIMITED

I do. Offered to send it. They said does not matter. It is 80 for 140 value now.

I know not to buy this again. But I will continue to sail on MSC anyway

You 100% can cancel with refund. Any add in can be cancelled prior to sailing.  I would escalate to get refund if u want.  When u got your vouchers with tickets - what does the voucher say ?

When did you purchase unlimited? It was always $80 for $140 worth of games going back to last year when I booked Seashore.
