Credit from Carnival???

Im a firt timer and I booked my cruise through an online agent and the charges on my credit card are from Carnival direct. II was pleasently surprised to see that I recieved a credit from Carnival on the card but im not sure why.

 

Do they automatically credit the difference if the price of a cruise goes down?????

 

A minute from now still isnt soon enough!!!!!

I had to call Carnival direct (I booked through them) to get my credit (well, actually it was an upgrade instead). But, maybe your TA is just on top of things and took control and contacted Carnival for you.
