Grand Menus?

So, seems the dust has settled on the Galveston/Grand itinerary (unless someone hangs a U'y again), the itineraries are set for the rest of the season, the Galveston congestion seems alleviated so the turns are better, the weather is getting better - now all h***'s going to break loose with Spring Break - LET'R RIP!!!

My question is do I have the menus/schedules right:

 

Sat night - Sailaway Dinner

Sun night - Welcome Dinner - Formal night

Mon night - Caribbean Dinner

Tue night - Italian Dinner

Wed night - Chef's Dinner

Thu night - Gala Dinner - Formal night

Fri night - Farewell Dinner

I know that Formal nights were Sun and Thurs (Thurs was lobster), Carribean was Monday, but according to my notes of what I ate when, Italian night was Wed. I was looking at my Cruise Planner and they have the "Dress" on there, but not the menu theme.

PS. the french onion soup on Tues was the best I've ever had!:p

So I probably have the Tuesday night and Wednesday night flip-flopped. Close enought for me.
