Airport Transportation in Edinburgh and Glasgow

We are planning a trip to Scotland in June.  We will be flying into Glasgow and out of Edinburgh.  What is the best way to get from the airport to the city center in Glasgow and from the city center to the airport in Edinburgh?  What would the approximate cost be in each location?  Thanks so much.

Travel options on the website of each airport, but in brief, only frequent airport bus shuttles or taxi or private car between Glasgow Airport and city centre.  Edinburgh you have a choice o ffrequent tram, frequent airport bus, taxi or car.  If opting for tram or bus and you have luggage , i would choose whichever has a stop closest to your accommodation.Ticket types and cost info on Lothian Buses website also the Edinburgh trams website.
