Pearl Island Tipping

I’m planning out the cash I need for our upcoming cruise. We’re doing Pearl Island in Nassau. What should I plan for tips? On board we usually do $1 per drink. Should we also tip for the lunch (we have the cruise line excursion so the food is included)? What about any attendants for chairs, water toys, etc?
