Hopefully you'll get a more authoritative answer, but its likely Celebrity uses Taino Bay right in Puerto Plata for two reasons. First, Amber Cove is owned by Carnival Corp., so it's doubtful it would be used by their competitor Celebrity, a Royal Caribbean company.  Second, we will be there in March of next year.  Carnival Mardi Gras & Freedom will also be docked at the same time and Amber can't dock three ships of that size at the same time which again implies Celebrity uses Taino Bay.
