How rough does tubing White River get In Jamaica?

I'm interested in purchasing the Zip Line at Dunn's River Excursion that finishes with tubing down White River. I'm not a fan of water park activities and am only interested in the zip line. What would you compare the tubing to? And is it possible to bypass this part just to enjoy the zip lines?
