November Cruise Itinerary

We are booked with Celebrity for a 12 night cruise of Southern Japan.  This will be our first| trip to Japan.  In addition to the cruise we will be spending 3 days in Yokohama before the cruise and 6 days in Tokyo after.

 

Celebrity just announced an itinerary change due their inability to navigate through the Kanmon Strait at night.  I would be interested in your thoughts about this new itinerary.  Thank you.

May I ask where you are staying in Yokohama? We’re just planning and would welcome any hotel recommendations. TIA.

We booked a room at the Intercontinental Grand.  The location looked good for sightseeing and the reviews were great.

 

Our itinerary change looks like we traded Ishigaki for Kagoshima. I don’t know much about either.  Hopefully this is a good change.
