Should I pre-book a taxi for the Lisbon airport? Recommendations for transfer companies?

We are flying into Lisbon next week and will be arriving at 5:30am in the morning. Just wondering if it's better to pre-book a taxi service for around 7 am. Or would there be a lot of taxi readily available at the airport. Are there any particular taxi transfer companies you would suggest? Thank you.

We used Welcome Pickups in Amsterdam and Barcelona for airport to hotel, hotel to cruise ship, cruise ship to hotel and hotel to airport.  We were VERY pleased with this service.  They have an app that is easy to use, have reliable drivers who drive their own taxis or vehicles.  You pay when you book; so there is no worrying about being cheated by a driver.  You receive the driver's name, photo, contact phone and make and license of car at least 24 hours before pickup.  We plan to use them again in Lisbon in April.  Highly recommend.
