Permission to be able...

Just wondering how do I go about getting permission to have copies made of photos taken by Carnival. Could always do it before, but now places say that they can not be copied, because Carnival has the copy right for them. Even at the do-it-yourseld machines they tell you the same thing. Is there a special address or e-mail address to do this?

Get a signed release from CCL before you leave the ship.

I have never needed a permission slip or release to reproduce a picture I bought on the ship.

I just came back from the sensation and brought some to my local rite-aid had no problem with them. the person has to come and put their password in each time.

the machine asked if you know about the copyright laws click yes and go onward.

I went to Eckerds to copy some of mine one time.. The lady looked at them and couldnt find a copyright on the back of the picture and let me copy them..

I use Kinko's self-service machine, with my own Kodak photo paper. Nobody questions anything.

Or just use a quality scanner and Kodak paper with a good photo software. I have always done mine at home. They usually come out better then at the drug store.

I just called them. No problem. They said they'd mail it right out. The only thing they said is that they couldn't be published in magazines or books. Oh darn! ther goes my modeling career
