Is ship WIFI available on Coco Cay or Labadee?

Wondering if the wifi to run the RCI app and use messaging feature is available on those two private islands.  Trying to go the whole week without purchasing internet or paying outrageous prices to use my cell service on a cruise, but would like to stay in touch with others in my group while in port.

Coco Cay, yes.  Labadee, no.  At least not yet.
