Web Check-In

Considering that MSC's website is as much of a mess as any other lines, I can't seem to complete the web check-in. It has saved all of my info except the cruise booking number, our cabin number, and vaccination statuses. When I enter the booking and cabin numbers, then click "add", I get this error message: "Travel cruise not correct. Different cruise, no travel with"  

 

Anyone else have this issue?

Try completing all of this on the MSC for Me app rather than on the website. We have cruised with MSC many times, but almost every time I try to view my next booking on the website, it says there is a problem with my booking number. This has been a problem for years....
