Airport to Port Private Shuttle - tipping question

Hey folks,

 

I'm coordinating a group of 7 friends for a trip in April on the Oasis.  I was looking at Larry's Limo Services as recommended here to go from FLL to a Miami hotel, then the hotel to the Port, and the port back to MIA.   The rates seem reasonable ($250 each leg), but I'm wondering what a reasonable tip would be?  I assume we should tip the driver?

Some people tip per person, some per bag, some per person and bag and some just a flat % since it's a flat fee per leg. I personally think $5 - $10 per person is appropriate (for normal/routine service) unless someone has more than one bag.

We used Larry's Limo for 8 people in December. They included a service charge on the bill for each trip...  (ex; FLL to Ft. Lauderdale hotel, fare $155, tip $20). I usually gave an extra $10 to each driver due to all our bags...

We have used Larry's Limo on multiple occasions. They have always added the gratuity onto bill but we have always gave extra due to great service. I'm sure they don't expect any extra but anything is appreciated.

We use QLS Transportation (always reliable). This coming up trip in April, it's $145 for 6 people (plus luggage-12 pieces) private shuttle from FLL Airport hotel (Springhill Suites, Dania Beach) to POM. Using them for our return from POM to FLL- same cost $145 for 6 people (plus luggage-12 pieces) private shuttle.
