What happens if you book flights and some of the flights are not in your selected fare?

Example: If I choose economy but some of my flights on my flexible fare itinerary show up only in premium economy, ez air allows me to book, but I am only paying the economy price, so what happens to the flights that show premium economy ?

Whatever fare you are quoted would cover the flights booked.  It should show economy/premium economy booked.
 

Does it show you are confirmed?  Then just download your airline App and select your seats.
