What style of fins are available?

We are cruising FP in June on Wind Spirit. As we shop for our trip, we are wondering about the style of fins Windstar makes available to passengers using the Watersports Platform and optimal footwear. Do the ships feature full-foot "pocket" fins that don't favor shoes or are they "heel strap" fins that benefit from shoes or booties?

 

Also, what kind of footwear would you recommend (if any) when using Windstar's paddleboards or similar gear available at the Watersports Platform?

Would love to know the answer to this too. Debating if I should bring my own fins or not. Seems like a lot to carry for only likely using them 1-2 times a week

Fins I've gotten from them have been full pocket. I haven't used paddle boards so can't answer that part of your question.

Hi all.  We were on Wind Star in December 2022 in the southern Caribbean and we got full-foot fins -- brand new, and came in a nice carry case to take off ship.  We made sure to get ours early in the cruise to get best selection.
