Transportation from FLL hotel to Port of Miami

I was wondering if anyone has a recommendation for a shuttle service to take us from a FLL hotel to Port of Miami.  
 

Or is it cheaper to use Uber?  We booked cruise ship transfers for our return trip to FLL airport.

How many in your party?  SAS (www.ridesas.com) and others charge $15+ per person each way.  UberX or Lyft will charge about $45-50+ and a van taxi will run about $75+

We're considering Brightline train FLL to Miami port.

Take the Brightline high speed train. There’s a station in downtown Ft. Lauderdale and another 2 miles from the Port of Miami. They have a door-to-door service that picks you up, takes you to the station and then when you get off, takes you to the port. The trains are new and clean and they serve snacks and drinks onboard.
