When you first board, where on the ship do you go to reserve time on the Speedway?

on every deck on both the port and starboard side next to every elevator bank there is an touchscreen system. use it to make reservations

On our February 5th Prima cruise, entertainment (including speedway) and dining reservations were in the theater.  Two separate areas.

You can also make reservations for the Speedway through the interactive television in your cabin.
