Siracusa - shore excurion companies recommended

we will be visiting Siracusa by NCL ship in August

apart from the ships booking, wondering if anyone can recommend other companies that tour around? thinking of a visit to Noto???

We had a wonderful trip to Noto and also visited Ortygia and Syracuse with Guiseppe Leotta with Luxury Car services,   Taxi Catania NCC.  
 

I highly recommend Noto, it is So beautiful. We also stopped at a winery near there that grows Nero d’ Avila.
