Are there coupons for it if i buy online? ( i dont have access to  printer)

you can save $3 if you are 62 or older or military/veteran...you can search online for coupon codes to use on their website I see some out there, but don't personally know if they are good or not

the museum opens at 10am yet when i got off the cruise ship at 9am, there were tourists walking around on Iowa's deck.

do you know how to get a tour before the museum official opens?
