Has anyone used the Royal Caribbean transfer from Hobby to Galveston Port?

If so, what time did you get picked up?  Where did they pick you up - assuming somewhere in Arrivals?  TIA!

I’ve never taken the transfer myself so I can’t answer timing questions, but I’ve seen people in blue (RCI) and red (Carnival) polos standing in baggage claim with a clipboard and the associated cruise line logo on the back. In one airport (HOU?), they’re sort of tucked to the side against a wall. In the other (IAH?), they’re waiting at the bottom of the escalator.

I have used their transportation from the airport to the port.  We had to wait an hour or so for other flights to arrive and get those people on the bus.  They won't be taking just a couple they like it when the bus is full.  This time we decided to hire a car service, Galveston Limousine Service, to pick us up and take us to Galveston.  It is a lot more than the transfer.  We are arriving two days early so the transfer would not work for us this time. We will be taking the transfer from the ship back to the airport at the end of the cruise.
