Question about a hand held massager

We have read where cruise ships do not allow certain electrical items.  My husband needs regular neck massage for his tremors.  He purchased a hand held Renpho massager.  It runs on battery but plugs in to recharge. Will this be allowed?

There shouldn't be a problem. Cruise lines are mainly concerned with small appliances that generate heat as they can overload the circuits or cause a fire.

Thank you.  Now my husband can relax.  He also relies on DR HO  for upper back muscle relaxation.  This & the massager keep him upright!
