I have been on so many cruises and NEVER had a cruise without a roll call. Very disappointing!

During our last 2 cruises (October and November 2023) we were told that a new level (diamond plus) would be created soon. They couldn't tell us the modalities or the associated benefits.

Does anyone have any idea what we can expect?

Usually means you get less for more.

My husband and I will be on the World Europa on Nov 11th!  Can't wait big 50!  We love MSC!
