We will be loosing 5 hours of time difference before we get to Spain.  Do you know how this is done onboard Reflection?

The time change is done an hour per day, but not every day. It's gradual so you don't feel it as much. We did it on Reflection in 2015, Constellation in 2016 and 2022, and Eclipse in 2018.
