Suite guest check in time

We’re on Explorer in May and have checked in on line. It asks for a time slot to attend the terminal but didn’t advise if there was still a leeway for suite guests. Does anyone know if it is still the one hour before, one hour after this time please? Sailing out of Ravenna in Italy.

Received the following from the Suite Concierge for our TA on Explorer departing Sunday:

 

Suite guests can enjoy Flexible Arrival which allows you the freedom to check-in up to one hour before or after your scheduled check-in time while the terminal is open.

 

We will try to bring the ship to you in good shape.
