Casino credit

I am booked on carnival celebration.  When I booked it was a casino offer which offered me $200 in free play credits. I have received my confirmation booking number  but the free play offer is not showing on there.  I know I have to go to the casino to redeem my points.  But if doesn’t show on my booking information.  How will I redeem it.  Any suggestions would be great

that stuff never shows up on confirmations for carnival.  same if there were free drink offers.

if you had a carnival vacation planner book the cruise for you, you can have them confirm that this is indeed the case. other than that, not much other than blind faith.

 

As for getting the $200 once on board, go to the casino cage.   Give them your sign and sail card and they will pull out a paper log that shows all cruisers in alphabetical order and the amount of credit/fun play. they will then make you sign a few papers, give you your $200, and cross you off in the log as paid.
