NCL Shuttle at EWR

We are flying into Newark (EWR) and purchased NCL’s transfers to the ship at Manhattan Cruise Terminal. When I just checked my eDocs it has us flying into EWR but they give the directions to find the shuttle for LGA. I’m going to call tomorrow morning but has anyone taken the NCL shuttle from EWR? If so, where do you meet the Cruise representative? It looks like we will be arriving at EWR Terminal C.
