We bought it once and would not buy it again.  The internet, Chops lunch, and key disembarking were the highlights.  We were mocked and made to feel bad by others in the main line for staff creating a Key line after we asked. about where the line was for us to get off the ship.  Maybe the line issue has gotten better.  We did not use the rock climbing, surf rider, zip line.. etc...times were set at 8 and 9am not good times. 

 

That reminds me of something similar that happened years ago in a local casino that had a high demand, high value buffet that resulted in a line that could take 45 minutes to navigate.  Someone near the front of the line who obviously had been waiting a long time turned to me as I walked past him and right up to the cashier and said:  "What do you think you are?  Some Veeeee  IIIIIII  Peeee, or something?  There's a line!"  I turned to him and sincerely told him:  "Well, actually, the casino does think I'm a VIP, and they gave me this card which allows me to walk right up as I did.  You, too, can get one of these cards and do the same thing:  you just have to play in the casino enough."  That was it.  No response.

 

I'd do the same thing in the disembarkation line.  "We've purchased The Key, and this is one of our benefits.  If you want to be able to do the same, purchase The Key for your next cruise."
