Looking at the Tripadvisor forum for Southampton there is at least two topics of people complaining about car parking services on there.

 

that is of course not to say there are no other companies outside of CPS that aren’t any good, but no company really can 100% guarantee your car safety and being humans who drive the cars mistakes may happen. But it’s normally safe to use them.
