Shore Excursions Question

I am sailing on the Anthem of the Seas on July 21st.

 

Today I was looking at some excursions that said Sold Out. Now these excursions say Check with the Shore Excursions Desk.

 

Do they add more spaces to excursions once on board?

Sometimes there's additional spaces, sometime people cancel or otherwise space opens up. If there's something you want to do, it's always worth checking once aboard.
