The California rolls are good.

sushi on carnival is mediocre. not an event. celebrity sushi is much better. but there r other things that make carnival great.

The sushi changes every day and we enjoyed it. Also don't forget to go upstairs (deck 10 above the buffet) to the fish restaurant as they have ahi and various other yummy fish items.

The sushi aboard the Conquest is very poor indeed.
