Question on walking to Seattle NCL pier

I'll be staying at an air BNB outside the city of Seattle so I'll be taking the bus into the city. The bus would drop me off at 3rd and Virginia. I've looked at the walking directions on Google maps and it seems like from that location to the pier is walkable but I wanted to confirm if that's the case. According to the street view, it looked like there was construction on one of the streets.

I did a street view walk and it looked like there was sky bridge. Do I go over that and into the terminal? I was sort of looking for the entrance so that I know what to look for once I'm in the area.

Walk 2 blocks north to Bell St. and the cruise terminal will be at the end of the street.  There is a skybridge with elevators that will take you right to the terminal, maybe 20-30 feet from the elevator.
