Alaskan cruise tour - airport to hotel transfer

Doing Alaskan cruise tour with brother-in-law and his wife. Purchased the air and transfer with NCL. Problem is their flight arrives in Anchorage at 1:30 am.

Will there be transportation for them at that time or will they have to hang around airport?

Thanks

The great thing about flying to Anchorage or Fairbanks from the midwest or East coast is, most flights fly in around midnight, unless you are flying from Seattle or the west coast. If you are talking about the land tour, then NCL does not have anything to do with this. The tour company sets everything up for you. They always have put us in a Hotel that had 24/7 transfers to the Hotel.

We just completed a land first cruisetour and had people arriving in Fairbanks well after midnight. They were met at the airport and given a ride to the hotel, they missed the inital orientation from the guide, they also had to be up and going by 6:00AM for bag pull. They eventually caught up on their sleep. And BTW they were from NY.

We are doing the land tour first too. Starting in Fairbanks. How did you find the transfers in the airport after landing. Was it easy?

Yes, Premier Alaska Travels is the company that NCL hires to do it's land tours. The day we started there was our tour plus the ones for the Encore and Bliss. We were all at the same hotel so they simply loaded our bags onto a bus and when they had 11-12 people they ran us over to the hotel and dropped us off. We had a total of 80 people doing the Authentic Alaska tour so they split us into two groups each with our own guide. The folks from the Bliss and Encore had their own guides and drivers. We were lucky as our group only had 27 people so the bus was not crowded.
