Adding someone onto booking at a later date

Hi looking to book a cruise for Aug 2025 4 cabins is it easy to add another person onto our booking nearer the cruise date we will have 2 cabins that can accommodate extra guest. It's over 2 years away I know if they have reached capacity they cant, but around a year out .

The answer is probably that nobody knows what will be possible/allowed in one or two year's time.

 

I believe that this has been done in the past, but I have a feeling that it has also been declined.

 

The only definitive answer would be from P&O but I suspect that it will be somewhat vague.
