Time to schedule Bus

We will be arriving from the US on Thursday September 7th. We need to schedule the National Express to Southampton.

We arrive at 10:15am. In general how long does it take to clear customs/immigrations? Would a noon bus be feasible?

Yes, noon should be fine. You’d be unlucky if it took more than an hour to get landside.

 

For added security, National Express do offer a £5 ‘Change & Go’ upgrade during the booking process, which allows you to swap to any coach 12 hours either side of the one you booked, as long as there’s space.

Do it, I know from experience. I actually got in really early & was able to change to earlier coach
