When you have the dining pkg when are you able to book dinner and Lunch for the week? How do you do it?

Once you are onboard. unless you are in a suite then the week'ish before. Go to any specialty restaurant and make all them there (even for different restaurants)

If you’re in a suite concierge can prebook reservations, I normally just have him do the first couple of days . Lunch is normally on sea day’s only for specialty restaurants.

Once onboard, head to one of the specialty restaurants with a plan. They can make all your reservations there. Be flexible though because sometimes certain venues are closed for private events or not open for lunch, etc. I had all my plans written down and just amended my list as we went. It helped to know key times each day for all aboard or shows I was trying to make.
