On MOST Carnival ships, there are two dining rooms. The usual times are:

Early seating ~ 5:45pm and 6:15pm

Late seating ~ 8:00pm and 8:30pm

Your booking agent should have asked what dinner seating you prefer. This is no guarantee that you will have that seating, but hopefully you will. If not, see the Maitre d' when you board and ask that it be changed.

Also, when you are given your Sign & Sail card upon boarding, in the bottom right hand corner will be your dining room and time. Hope this helps.
