Norwegian Gem and Ravenna, Italy port

Anyone have personal experience in 2023 with the Norwegian Gem cruise transfer from Ravenna, Italy to Venice.

Do they tender from Ravenna or use buses? How long does it take?

What's the earliest I can take the free cruise transportation they offer to Venice and do I need to sign up?

What's the latest the transportation leaves Venice, to come back to Ravenna?

All cruise lines currently docking in Ravenna uses buses to transfer to Venice. It's about a 2.5 hour drive each way.

Does anyone have clarification on the situation at Ravenna and going to Venice?  When I called, I was told it will take 90 minutes. Are they tendering to Venice or Buses?  I thought the buses take 2.5 hours?  Also does anyone know the schedule of how we depart or do I need to schedule it prior?  Also what time is the last bus/tender back to the boat?
