Reaching PCC

I have been trying to reach my PCC for three days on a time sensitive issue. I am guessing he is ghosting me as he did once before when I booked our next cruise while on a cruise with the assurance that he would get credit for it (he did not hence the ghosting).  He has booked numerous cruises for us and for friends we referred to him. I don’t have a lots of tolerance for this lack of professionalism. Any suggestions for reaching someone else?

Mine has not been the best but I have called the general number with good results and they have been able to take care of my issues, including an issue with my flight. 1-877-416-9722

I sent mine an email on Sunday with basic instructions on what I was looking for. Figured he would get back to me on Monday or Tuesday, probably by email. My phone rang not an hour later. Was pleasantly surprised. He already had the figures for the questions I asked and he had me booked shortly thereafter.
