Upgrade Bid

We received an email in early September asking if we wanted to submit an upgrade bid. We filled out all the info and submitted it. We did not get a confirmation email or any other indication Princess received the bid but didn’t think much about it. After researching on the forum, I’m pretty sure we should have gotten an email back. True?

Yes, they send an email that your bid was received.  Maybe went to junk mail?

 

You can check on it.  Just open that email bidding offer from them and it shows how much you bid.

 

You can change the amount, cancel the bid or put in other bids.

 

If you don’t have the email, sign into your cruise personalizer and you’ll see… upgrade your cabin …same thing, you can see your old bid, or offer a bid.  Only 1 bid will be accepted, so you don’t have to worry.  
 

If you don’t see any bid, then for some reason, they did not receive it.
