Upgrade Bid

We received an email in early September asking if we wanted to submit an upgrade bid. We filled out all the info and submitted it. We did not get a confirmation email or any other indication Princess received the bid but didn’t think much about it. After researching on the forum, I’m pretty sure we should have gotten an email back. True?

Not sure. On the website, log into your account, select "Booked Guests" then access the Cruise Personalizer. Scroll down, and under "Plan Your Voyage" you will find 6 large tiles. Upper right corner is the one for upgrading your room.
