FCC for Saguenay miss Vista

Has anyone successfully used the $500 per person FCC Oceania gave for the missed port (Saguenay) September 26, 2023?

Our TA is having issues getting this done. If someone has been successful in getting the FCC, I would like to know how they did it.

I have not  looked at a future cruise yet  we  got one for the  cruise after yours

 

  Are you saying your TA cannot apply the FCC to a  booked cruise?

If you or your TA has the  email with the FCC noted  that should be sufficient  for Oceania
