Not a username2 Posted November 13, 2023 #1 Share Posted November 13, 2023 Had been following a 2025 cruise with a particular cabin. Yesterday I checked, that cabin had sold and one nearby (same class etc) was $280 total more even with the "$210 Black Friday savings" So realistically, they've jacked the price of that by almost $500.

I went to buy a couch about 10 years ago....the price was $1800 but the salesman said just wait until this weekend and we are having a 40% off sale. I said "thanks, I will be here Saturday to save some money"!. On Saturday morning I walked into the store, found the same salesman and said "here I am, lets buy that couch"!. The price now marked on the couch was $2999 and it was 40% off with a new price of $1799! This is EXACTLY what the cruise lines to do bait customers into thinking they are saving money!
