If the query is about alcohol. the value is $15 and you should be able to get a double.   And probably one for your wife too.

Does not include specialty coffees, includes all drinks up to $15, if more than $15 you pay the difference plus a 20% gratuity of that difference.

To add to this, you can do the FAS+ (Free at Sea Plus) which includes bottled water, etc. See attached. 

Might be worth it for you if you plan to upgrade the WiFi, etc.

The Premium beverage package does NOT include specialty coffees and water. You would need to upgrade to the Plus package.
