Elation Questions

We are planning a family group cruise on the Elation for Thanksgiving. I have a couple of questions:

 

1. Are you allowed to bring on wine to have with dinner? I am willing to pay corking fee.

2. Do rooms have a safe? How do they work? a key or a passcode?

3. Are there hair dryers in the room?

4. What amenities come in the room? Shampoo, conditioner, etc?

I can answer questions 2 & 4. Other members will know about 1 & 3. #2 = Yes, rooms have a safe. You need a card with a magnetic strip, such as a gas card which will be used to open & close the safe. I hesitate to use a card of extremely high value such as a credit card or a ATM card as the number is obviously recorded otherwise the safe wouldnt recognize it. #4 = In the bathroom, there is shampoo & conditioner in a convenience size so yu may want to bring some so you dont run out. I had a suite U101. It had a safe it works with your credit card

3. Are there hair dryers in the room?

No hair dryers

4. What amenities come in the room? Shampoo, conditioner, etc?

the shower had shampoo and soap dispenser... you can request things like qtips, toothpaste etc.

Once again, I would avoid using a credit card. Use something of less importance like your gas card.
